When most agents retire they don’t get anything from the effort and time they’ve put into their business.  They might get a referral or two but the problem is there is no pro-active effort. The Golden Handoff is the process of finding a great agent who wants to retire, adopting ALL of their clients and taking over the task serving and marketing to those clients.

A simple and proven method for buying and selling an agent's business. If you're looking to grow your business or retire sooner and still profit this is the book for you!
