    Almost everything in the book mentioned is something that we as practitioners already know - yet hearing it from someone else (or reading it) really reinforces all of the basics of selling real estate. A 'must-have-handy' textbook for managers, mentors and leaders alike. When my agents are at my desk asking where are they getting their next lead from, all I have to do is open any random page of 111 Lead Generation Technique and there's instant inspiration.
