    Cathy McDaniel holds a Broker’s license and has remained active in Georgia real estate since 1993. She received a “Certified Mortgage Specialist” designation through Capstone Institute of Mortgage Finance in 1998, joined The Georgia Training Center as a Continuing Education Instructor in 2006 and currently serves as one of the top Educators at the American Real Estate University. Cathy received the "2008 Educator Of The Year" presented by the Georgia Real Educators Association. She hosts an average of 50 classes a month at various locations throughout Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, Florida and is committed to offering a broad selection of topics, certificates and designations that address hot and timely topics
