About the Author
Allan Dalton has made a significant impact on the Real Estate Industry. A former president and co-owner of a 32-office Real Estate Brokerage for twenty years, Allan went on to create and develop national marketing systems for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, ERA, and NRT-Coldwell Banker. After the sale of the company he co-owned with partner, Joe Murphy, Allan worked for the Realogy Corporation – first as an Executive Vice President at NRT, then as a consultant to three Realogy brands, and finally as Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker New England. Most widely associated with his years as CEO of Realtor.com and president of MoveInc.com’s Real Estate division (in charge of overall real estate operations), Dalton was named by the National Association of Realtors® as one of the Industry’s 25 most influential thought leaders. Dalton is also the co-founder and past president of RIS Media’s Top 5 in Real Estate – where he authored the bestselling book, Leveraging your Links. Allan has been a keynote speaker at countless Real Estate conferences throughout North America The co-founder & president of TownAdvisor.com and the Strategic Advisor to HouseFax.com, Dalton played professional basketball in Greece and is a former Boston Celtic draft choice. Allan and his wife, Carol, reside in Westlake Village, California, and are blessed with three children and nine grandchildren.
