The fourth in a series of ethics courses, this title reflects the latest information from the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). This title meets NAR’s requirements for new members to complete ethics training and for existing members to complete quadrennial ethics training. Students are asked to “be the judge” before the actual hearing panel discussion is revealed for case studies and based on actual situations of alleged unethical content. Each case study is accompanied by discussion questions.
