This is a powerful document, but as a new member, the details feel overwhelming. I like that the brochure distinguishes a REALTOR from a licensed agent, focuses on the high bar of professionalism, the priority of protection and transparency owed to the consumer, and that ethics are not optional. The delivery falls short due to the heavy legal jargon and doesn't provide real-world case studies. There is also a lack of new technology information, leaving a gray area for interpretation.

I will be sending this to all of my clients. I want them to be informed of the REALTOR standards that I uphold.

Hello - I was really excited to obtain this brochure for all the agents in my office. I printed it out and attempted to tri-fold it. It folded just fine however the inside text is upside down when the reader opens it to view the contents. Otherwise, I think it's a great tool to share with clients and consumers. Regards, Kathy
