    About The Presenter

    Kimberly Offord has been described as a dedicated public servant determined to make a difference in the lives of those who see homeownership as only a dream. She is a real estate managing broker, an author, an educator, a mentor and coach and an entrepreneur who always allows her passions to direct her life path. She is the author of several entrepreneurship and real estate related publications namely the Work for the Referral series and a host of gratitude journals.

    In 2006, Kimberly began a career in the real estate industry working for a boutique brokerage until 2015 and then starting her own. She is now and associate broker with Coldwell Banker Realty. She mentors and coaches new and emerging Realtors. She is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), the Illinois and National Association of Realtors. She is a former Chair of the Professional Development Committee for CAR. She is also a member of the CAR Diversity Committee and the “CAR 77.” Both organized to promote and celebrate the associations commitment to diversity in the Chicago communities. She has conducted free financial workshops, written several blogs and has served as keynote speaker for graduations, workshops, community empowerment fairs and various other events.

    Kimberly is a Chicago native who received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College Chicago and a Master of Science Degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. Both degrees are in the area of Integrated Marketing Communications. She is a member of Liberty Baptist Church and an active member of the Chicago Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. a national public service organization.
