About the AuthorGreg Zadel has served on various public and organizational Boards of Directors since age 17 as a Director on a Public and School Library Board. His service includes 10 years on the Carbon Valley Park & Recreation District as a Board member, Treasurer and President, the North Metro Denver REALTOR® Association as Director, Treasurer and President, and the Colorado Association of REALTORS® as a Director, Treasurer and member of the Executive Committee. Greg currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Metrolist Inc., a regional Multiple Listing company.
Greg graduated from the University of Denver in 1981 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate and Construction Management. He has earned several professional designations including GRI, CRS, and CRB. As Broker of Zadel Realty since 1980, Greg has enjoyed working with an endless variety of people to help satisfy their real estate needs and gives back to his industry and community through various volunteer efforts. All this interaction and experience has given him the background and insight to put together this "Guide to Serving as a Director on a Board".
