Thanks to NAR's REALTOR® Safety Program and REALTOR® Safety Advisory Committee, we are now providing the digital version of this valuable safety resource free to our members.

The Little Red Book: Safety Rules to Live By for REALTORS® is the second in the “Little Book” series, along with the Little Blue Book: Rules to Live By for REALTORS® and The Little Green Book: Green Rules to Live By for REALTORS® , Little  Purple Book: International Rules to Live By for REALTORS® , and  Little Orange Book: Sales and Marketing Rules to Live By for REALTORS® which focus on instructions, philosophies, and rules members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® utilize to be successful in their real estate careers. This Little Red Book product focuses on the instructions, philosophies, and rules members of the National Association of Realtors® utilize to empower themselves, become more aware and be safe real estate practitioners.

This product was created with input from nearly 1000 NAR members. Tips are presented in a fun, light-hearted way with realistic advice from Realtors® and that can be used by new agents or the seasoned professional.  

The guide is broken down into seven sections with focus on safety philosophies, open house safety and protecting your reputation online with cyber safety.  This guide is a great conversation starter. The Little Red Book: Safety Rules to Live By for REALTORS® provides tips from REALTORS® for REALTORS® on how to keep their identity safe, their clients safe and advice and lessons learned in the field that has kept other members safe.
