Not up to the standard expected of a large organization. Examples:
Page 2 - Jessica Lautz, DrRealEst - what is a "DrRealEst"
Page 25 - Desire for smaller home - appears in two different rows with different values in the columns
Page 26 - same problem
Certainly more but that's where I lost faith. For my dues money, this should be better

There's a lot of information in the report but, when you drill down, you get nuggets of useful information that help you formulate marketing objectives.
